Role Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable Europe-based individual to act as a bridge between one of our non-Europe developers and a Europe client. This role is designed to ensure smooth collaboration between our developers and clients, as well as coordinating compliance and supporting the contracting process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Time Commitment: Dedicate approximately 30 minutes per day to ongoing communication and coordination with the developer.

    • Communication: Maintain regular communication with the assigned developer, ensuring timely responses to all messages within 24 hours.

    • LinkedIn Profile Management: Assist the developer in setting up and verifying a LinkedIn profile to connect with Europe clients.

    • Compliance and Onboarding: Assist with completing company-required checks, including but not limited to drug tests and other compliance procedures. Ensure the developer is fully onboard in line with company protocols.

    • Laptop Management: Once the developer is onboard with the client, the laptop will be delivered to the coordinator. Ensure the laptop stays on 24/7 so the developer can access it remotely as required.

    • Compensation Support: The coordinator will help the developer receive the client’s compensation without any issues.

Qualifications:

    • Must be a based in Europe.
    • Familiarity with professional networking platforms and verification processes.
    • Ability to perform basic computer operations.
    • Reliable internet connection.
